All our projects are planned using our project timeline, this ensures all the requirements of the project are covered to the highest level of quality in the shortest amount of time, and delivered on budget. The timeline separates the project into 4 phases which can be tracked in the project timeline document.
phase 1
Requirements capture including setting budget and timescales, and user understanding including any persona creation and user journeys, resulting in the creation of the project brief.
phase 3
Final design phase creating the finished high quality artwork and providing documentation (a paint by numbers guide) for the project build.

Review phase including any user feedback from forums and including our user centric enhancement service to identify any improvements and future projects.
